昨年末に始めた箱根駅伝お遍路も5月の５区走破、折り返し6区の走破までは順調でしたが、その後の走行が滞るうちにすっかり暑さが本格的になってしまいました。そんな中で、ついうっかりと言いましょうか、暑さも忘れて箱根まで忘れ物を取りに行ってしまいました。７区を走りに行ってきたのです。
My Hakone-Ekiden Journey was still stopped at Hakone Yumoto. Even though it was a hot, sunny day, I was heading to Hakone Yumoto Station by Kodama Express to run "district 7".
Not many people were seen at Hakone Yumoto station in the morning.
It was 7:30... already getting hot.

あまりにも暑いので身の危険を感じ酒匂橋で今回は終了しました。次回のランはここからスタートです。
It was too hot outside to keep running. I stopped at Sakawa-Bashi.
