New best time broke an hour. ついに一時間を切りました。

そういえば、昨日、今にも雨が降りそうな空の下で家まで帰りましたが、自己新記録でした。

大急ぎで帰ったわけではないのですが、思い返せば、池袋のびっくりガード内も、雑司が谷駅前（千登勢橋）も高戸橋も広尾駅前も天現寺交差点も信号に引っかからずに通過しました。かなりの偶然が重なったためと思われますが、一挙に4分も縮めて60分の壁を突破したことは大いなる喜びでした。

ただ、これが本当に偶然なのか、ある一定のスピードで走ることで赤信号に引っかからない法則があるのか、、、もし後者に合致するような法則を見つけることが出来ればきっと快適な自転車生活を送れることでしょう。

でも、時間を気にすると無理をしてしまいそうですし、記録のことは忘れて、マイペースで、事故にあわぬように考えずに走ろうと思います。

I did not even think about this but the ride from my office to my apartment broke the record time last night.  It used to be 61minutes and yesterday was 57 minutes.  I don't think I pedaled faster, it was as usual.  May be because not many traffic lights stopped me yesterday just by chance.  I guess I was just lucky.

I am not going to be too conscious about breaking the record again, otherwise I would have more chances to be involved with accidents.
